I am a biologist and my passion is nature photography. I am mostly fond of taking macro pictures, especially of butterflies and dragonflies. I also enjoy bird photography and birdwatching.

It was a warm Sunday during the summer of 2014, after I had been to University to run some experiments for my PhD. The campus was sure to be almost empty and so it seemed like the right day to go and photograph some butterflies after work...
