I took this photo on an early spring morning in Richmond Park, London. There was still a light frost on the ground and the sun was just starting to make its way through the tall grass that surrounded the pond in which the Egyptian Geese called home.
This gosling in particular had separated itself from the group so I focused my attention on it trying to grab a nice silhouette as the sun pieced its back. I love the small soft bokeh balls on the foreground which happed as a result of the sun shining on the frosty grass floor.[the_ad id="58356"]
