I have always felt that good wildlife photography should reflect as much about the environment as it is does about the main subject. So, when planning your shoots, the importance of weather should never be overlooked. A particular type of weather has the ability to transform the landscape, depict a certain mood, and tell a story. When the weather forecast is looking terrible (judged by the standards of most mortals, of course) it is all too easy to rollover and stay tucked up bed, relishing the comfort and warmth indoors...
